My purpose at SLA is to give everyone that walks into my studio, a high-quality experience. In order to be able to provide that, I must implement policies that will help the operations of the business run smoother. Confirmation texts/emails will be sent out to clients 48 hours before their appointments. Clients are required to confirm their appointments if they do plan on showing up. If a client hasn't confirmed any texts, emails, or calls, the client runs the risk of their appointment being canceled in order to avoid 'No calls/No shows'. An appointment reminder will be sent out 24 hours before their appointments, where the client is given a last opportunity to cancel their appts if they desire to do so free of charge. Appointments canceled within the 23 hour mark of the appointment start time will result in a 50% charge of the service(s). Please be respectful of my time as I always am respectful and mindful of my clients times as well.
